Cuba Malecon
The Malecón remains one of the most spectacular and popular destinations in Havana. The Malecón is very popular among Cubans. They meet there, go for fishing, sometimes there are concerts and if the waves are dashing over the stonebuilt embankement people go there and let themselves catch by the giant shower of the waves. On one of these days I was standing there for hours with my tripod waiting for the perfect vehicle and wave. This is how I catched the first photo in this series. The sun was going down when I made this perfect photo on analogue film. I love this photo especially. I did not colour it, it came out like this.
